For those who are interested in discovering the secrets of the brick-built side streets and admire some of the most beautiful landmarks of Toulouse, take the time to join the city tour on the Friday afternoon from 3 to 5pm (
20 euros, max 30 persons).
Hike in the Pyrenees - Saturday, meeting at 9am in front of the conference venue - (free - max. 24 persons)
On Saturday morning, Tim and his team will be honoured to show you what the Pyrenees look like in the winter (if the weather allows it). With two mini-buses, they will drive you to the tiny village of Roquefixade in the pre-Pyrenees where you will do a small hike of 2 hours and admire Cathare castles and the whole mountain range covered in snow. Good trainers and jackets will probably be necessary!
